Our Sterling chef Frode Selvaag has, throughout the years, taught the best chefs in the world how to prepare the Sterling ® halibut. With his unique skill set and genuine passion for cooking, he is a brilliant teacher. Frode is an internationally acclaimed chef, awarded Chef of the Year 2016, and more.

Arne Brimi is a renowned Norwegian chef and TV personality. He is also a great spokesperson and champion for traditional Norwegian cooking, passing on his knowledge to the younger generations. Arne serves Sterling ® halibut in his own restaurant, Vianvang, and says: "Sterling ® halibut is the most sought after farmed fish among chefs all over the globe, so I definitely need to have it on my own menu."
